Refund & Return Policy

At Undeniable Moxie, every item is made especially for you after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer a wide variety of designs and sizes while supporting more sustainable production.

Because each item is custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind
  • Accidental orders
  • Preference for a different color or style

We encourage you to review our sizing information carefully before placing your order. If you have questions before ordering, we're always happy to help.

If There's a Problem With Your Order

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, please contact us within 15 days of delivery:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Printing errors
  • Incorrect item received

Please email help@undeniablemoxie.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We'll review your request as quickly as possible. If your claim is approved, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with our production partner and shipping carrier to investigate and determine the best resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address is entered and your order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or offer a replacement at no charge.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after an order has been placed.
