Is your apparel made to order?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Every item is made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships. Shipping times vary by location, but most customers receive their orders within 5–10 business days after production is complete.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Some items are produced at different facilities and may ship separately. If that happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is made especially for you after you place your order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, color choice, or change of mind.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.
